It's time for our ninth featured designer in our Designer Inspired Series of pink ribbon welcome mats exclusive to Carpet One Floor & Home. We're three-quarters of the way through all these beautiful designs. Remember, there are 12 designs so we'll be featuring one designer and their inspiration each month. This month we're taking a closer look at the welcome mat design from interior designer Karl Lohnes.
Karl wanted to create a mat that was trendy and memorable, yet humorous. He did this by using the on-trend colors of pink and gray. "The message written across the mat reminds people that all women who have fought cancer are like queens; strong, inspiring and a force to be reckoned with," said Karl. He believes that this mat will resonate with many people who have overcome hardships.
